Welcome to Gaia School Admissions! We’re thrilled that you’re considering joining our community.

To apply, please complete the application form and upload all required documents through the TADS platform. Please note that we only accept submissions via TADS; applications sent by email or other methods cannot be processed.

To apply, you must provide the following:

Documents from the family:

  1. Copies of the parents' and children's ID/passport.
  2. Writing and math samples for children applying to the grades.
  3. Examples of children's handwork/art.
  4. Academic results or special evaluations (if applicable).
  5. Immunization records. (If you are unable to provide a vaccination card, please complete the immunization form by clicking HERE.)

An application fee of $100 applies. If your child is not accepted due to space limitations, this fee is refundable or transferable to the following year. For bank account details, click HERE.

Documents Required from the Current School:

  1. Confidential Student Evaluation Form: Completed and signed. Click here to access the form.
  2. Letter of Good Conduct: A letter from the Head of School or a current teacher describing the child’s behavior and relationships with teachers and peers.
  3. Letter of Solvency: A statement from the finance department of the current school confirming that all payments have been made on time.

PLEASE NOTE: Applications must be complete and include all requested and applicable documents to be reviewed. Partial applications will not be considered.

After submitting all the required documents and paying the $100 application fee, teachers may contact parents for an interview. This is followed by a 5-day trial period where we assess whether we can meet the child’s educational needs. Once the evaluation is complete, we will send an acceptance letter, which in some cases may include conditional guidelines to be followed in order to finalize the enrollment process.

The $100 application fee is necessary to process the admission file and evaluate the application. Please note that this fee is separate from the $300 enrollment fee, which secures your child’s place once accepted. Payment of the application fee and submission of required documents does not guarantee acceptance. Admission is subject to availability and our ability to meet the specific needs of each student. If making an international bank transfer, please add $20 for additional bank fees.

Fees for the Academic Year 2024 - 2025:

The Application Fee of $100 is paid in full when the application form is submitted. The Annual Matriculation Fee and the Materials fee are due in full for all enrolling students regardless of the date of entry, and is a prerequisite for enrollment.

*Paying the annual fee as a lump sum offers the advantage of a 5% discount.

*We provide a 10% discount on the tuition fee for each additional enrolled sibling.

*Fees may increase by approximately 5% each year.

VISITS

Gaia School offers weekly opportunities for parents and prospective students to visit the campus. Visits are available every Tuesday at 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM and every Friday at 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. For more details, please email us at contact@gaiaschoolcr.org or complete the School Visit Form.
