Financial Aid Application Process

Gaia School is dedicated to maintaining a socioeconomically diverse student body. Our financial aid or need-based scholarship program aims to bridge the gap between what a family can afford and the total cost of tuition. To qualify for aid, families must demonstrate financial need. In return, we seek families who are committed to investing in their children's future.

Please note the following important information about our financial aid process:

  • The financial aid process is independent of the admissions process.
  • Financial aid is awarded annually.
  • Families must reapply each year.
  • Priority is given to currently enrolled students.
  • Late applications may impact eligibility for financial aid.
  • The process is strictly confidential and we request parents to respect this confidentiality.
  • A specialized Social Worker oversees the process, conducting an independent assessment of each family’s financial need.
  • There is a fee to process the application, which includes the cost of the social worker’s services.
  • Financial aid is solely for monthly tuition and does not cover other expenses like transportation, materials, and application & matriculation fees.
  • We offer various payment options for those unable to pay the full amount upfront.
  • Financial aid does not extend to external activities or field trips.
  • Any omissions or false information will result in the application being disqualified for the proposed school year.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee financial aid.
  • The social worker may request additional information as needed.
  • Incomplete applications will not be processed until all required documents are submitted within the initial deadline.

Scholarship Percentage:

We offer different percentages of scholarships - 25%, 50%, and 75% of the tuition fee. The percentage granted depends on the family's financial situation, determined by our thorough evaluation process with a Social Worker.
